This was one of the last images I captured while on a commercial photo shoot of Ogdensburg Bridge. Bridge lighting became heavily diffused by a snow squall that blew-in from the northwest shortly after sunset. The photo was of little use to my customer but makes for a strong mood-evoking fine art image.
